One of them is Pahadi Pisyu Noon aka Pahadi style Salt or Namak or Noon . A traditional and essential part of the day to day cuisine and everyday food has to have this Pahadi Salt. This style of Noon नूण, is infused with local herbs and spices, and Rock Salt सेंधा नमक is the base ingredient.
